Biography

Dr. George Nassar was trained in all aspects of general internal medicine and nephrology at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He has 20 years of experience in managing acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, kidney stone disease, dialysis, and in transplantation. In addition, Dr. Nassar gained an incredible amount of expertise in interventional aspects of dialysis access management.

Dr. Nassar has longstanding expertise in multicenter clinical trial research. He has published several manuscripts on various aspects of kidney disease management and dialysis access management. Dr. Nassar is in private practice in a single specialty group comprised of 12 partners. Collectively, this group provides reputable inpatient and outpatient nephrology services at the Texas Medical Center and in North Houston and The Woodlands.
