Biography

John Eaton is a healthcare Nurse Administrator with leadership experience across ambulatory surgery centers, hospital outpatient departments, and transplant programs. He combines a strong clinical background with business expertise to drive operational performance, physician alignment, while maintaining his nursing roots in patient-centered care.

Previously, John led multispecialty ambulatory surgery centers and outpatient cardiology operations, improving utilization, reducing costs, and increasing revenue while maintaining regulatory compliance. His background also includes leadership in cardiovascular, LVAD, and advanced heart failure services lines at a major academic hospital in the Texas Medical Center, including kidney and liver transplant program management.

John has always been passionate about advancing access to transplant care and is driven to return to work that directly supports patients in end stage renal disease, beginning their transplant journey. This led John to begin serving as the Administrator of North Shepherd Ambulatory Surgery Center, a specialized ASC focused on vascular access care for patients in end stage renal disease, overseeing facility operations and regulatory practices.
