Ximena Lopez joined North Shepherd Ambulatory Surgery Center in April 2025 as an Access Coordinator, bringing over 10 years of experience in insurance verification and patient scheduling in an urgent care setting, along with 6 years of office management experience. She is known for her strength in navigating insurance processes and coordinating patient scheduling efficiently. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Ximena is passionate about creating a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients. She was drawn to North Shepherd ASC as an opportunity to grow in a new setting and expand her professional experience.
